Lynvale Ltd – Bay for Laser Enclosure

Lynvale Adhesive Tapes, produce, process and distribute technical adhesive tapes, foam tapes and flexible materials from their purpose built factory in Haverhill, Suffolk.  They approached our distributor, Rapid Welding, with their requirement for a bay to house a new laser.

The requirement was for the bay to have one 15ft side which could be retracted for easy access.  The bay would also feature as part of the factory tour for clients, so was required to look aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, due to the environment in which the bay was to be built, the design would need to feature both floor mounts and ceiling suspension.

The bay features our specially designed track with gliding trolley wheels for easy retraction, with our Tusker Weld Green PVC curtain.  Stanchions are heavy duty 35mm box section steel, powder coated in yellow, fixed to heavy duty floor plates.  The system also features our ceiling brackets with M10 stud bar fixed to the girders.
