As 2024 comes to an end, the team at Tusker Industrial Safety have taken a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey that this year has been for our business. This year has been marked by milestones, achievements, and exciting developments that have played a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

Expanding Our Welding Bay & Screen Ranges

In 2024, Tusker experienced a year of innovation, with our design team introducing several new products to our Welding Bay and Welding Screen ranges. These included the Sonic Welding Booth System, the Tusker Weldspan Expanding Welding Screen, and the Tusker Swiftbay Mobile Welding Bay Solution. Additionally, we celebrated the ongoing growth of our welding bay systems projects.

A Busy Year for Welding Bay Solutions

We have been celebrating the growth in the delivery of our welding bay solutions to several new companies and organisations this year. During 2024, we installed a record number of welding bay systems across a diverse range of sectors. Notably, we have been recognised as the leading supplier of welding bays in the education sector, delivering our solutions to various institutions, including Redcar & Cleveland College and Newcastle College.

Fun & Support for Our Hard-Working Staff

Outside of our serious stuff, we have introduced an enhanced well-being programme for our team, which includes regular fun activities. One of our account managers, Jade, has taken on the additional role of ‘Fun Director’ to organise a consistent schedule of activities. We have also incorporated celebrations for all the festivals and traditions represented by our diverse team throughout the year.

In addition, we have worked with the Racism and Equality Council to provide training for our staff on promoting equality in the workplace.

Looking Ahead to 2025 for Continued Growth

In 2025, we will be continuing to expand our welding bay delivery services and are currently developing innovative engineering solutions to overcome the challenges faced by organisations that have previously been unable to install welding bay systems in their facilities. For example, we have designed an aluminium beam system for buildings with apex ceilings, which is currently undergoing testing.
