When it comes to protecting your business, you can trust in the quality and expertise of Tusker Industry Safety.

What Are Folding Welding Screens?
Folding Welding Screens, also known as Foldable Welding Screens, offer the perfect combination of safety and convenience for your workplace. Designed to protect you and your employees from welding hazards, they offer a space-saving yet protective solution for your welding areas.
Folding down into three 2-foot sections, these screens are incredibly easy to fold and store when not in use, as well as assemble when needed. Manufactured from galvanised steel, they feature a specially formed 19mm box section for added strength and durability, ensuring they can withstand the rigours of welding environments. This makes them a cost-effective solution for your safety needs.

What Are the Uses for Foldable Welding Screens?
Offering versatility in their use, Folding Welding Screens are suitable for a wide range of applications and particularly suited for environments with limited space or when quick assembly and storage are required. They can be used in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, construction, automotive, aviation, heavy machinery, mining, railways, warehousing, food manufacturing, and more.
Mobile Safety Screen
These portable screens can be effortlessly moved around your workshop or job site to create temporary welding stations for provisional safety. For enhanced mobility, they can also come equipped with castors.

Temporary Welding Area
Whether you are welding on-site at various client locations or using your workspace for multiple different applications without always needing a screen, these screens are ideal for setting up a welding booth for temporary projects, as they are quick and easy to assemble.
Welding Barrier
As a welding barrier, of course, Folding Welding Screens do what it says on the tin! They create a barrier to protect your workers from the hazards that welding produces, such as sparks, heat, UV light, and debris.

Grinding Screen
Not only can these screens offer protection against welding, but they can also protect you and your staff from grinding operations and hazards, such as flying debris, sparks, and UV radiation.
Extendable Booth
With the option to extend the frame using links to form a booth, these screens can also be expanded to create custom sizes and dimensions. By combining multiple screen sections, you can create a complete welding area, whether with a single side or multiple sides.

Economical Solution
Compared to our Heavy Duty Standalone or Modular Welding Screens, our lightweight yet durable Folding Welding Screens offer an economical solution, without compromising strength or practicality.
Easy Storage
When not in use, these screens can be easily folded down and stored, helping to save you valuable space, which is essential nowadays when business premises and floor space come at such a premium.

Canvas HDCAN
The Canvas HDCAN Welding Curtain is a traditional, flame-retardant, heavy-duty fabric that is both waterproof and rot-proof, making it ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications.
PVC Ultra Low Vis ULV1
Exclusive to Tusker, the Ultra Low-Vis ULV1 is an exceptionally durable welding PVC curtain. This dark green, matte material offers extremely low visibility, making it best suited for applications where visibility is not required. It provides maximum arc filtering and high tear resistance, and the matte finish eradicates glare, ensuring high performance across all welding applications.
PVC HiVis Amber HIV3
Manufactured from a translucent, flame-retardant PVC material, the HiVis Amber HIV3 Welding Curtain is recommended for welding applications where a certain level of visibility is important. It is commonly used in training schools and colleges, where it is essential to supervise and monitor students effectively.
PVC Weldgreen TWG1
Featuring a dark colour, which helps reduce distractions, the Weldgreen TWG1 Welding Curtain is a polished, flame-retardant, PVC material, suitable for welding applications where low visibility is either desired or unnecessary for supervisory purposes.
