FAQs About Our Product Ranges

Please see below a list of frequently asked questions and answers about our range of welding booths and other bay systems.

What types of welding booths & bays do you offer?

Designed to optimise your space, our welding booths conform to all the relevant safety standards, ensuring your peace of mind. They are available in a variety of curtain materials, including durable PVCs, canvas, PVC strip curtains, and more.
Additionally, a range of fixing options is available, which can be configured to bespoke requirements. We also offer retractable options to allow for forklift access, in addition to bay systems with sonic properties to significantly reduce noise levels.

What products do you provide for industrial spray booths?

We provide a range of clear or coloured PVC and PVC strip curtains. Similar to welding booths, we offer a selection of fixing options that can be configured to bespoke requirements. Retractable options are also available to allow for forklift access.

What can your specialist bays be used for?

Our specialist bays are suitable for any purpose, such as dust protection, laser, and x-ray applications.

Do I need to provide drawings for my welding booth project?

No, we don’t need technical drawings to design your welding bay system. All we need are the measurements of your area and details of other elements in the vicinity, such as the location of walls, fixed machinery, and details of the ceiling height. A very rough birds-eye sketch would also be helpful. Your project manager will then work with this information, and our designer will provide you with a technical drawing to approve.

How much will my welding bay project cost?

When the design has been completed, we will provide a full, itemised quote based on your requirements.

Does Tusker carry out the installation of my welding booth system?

Yes, we offer the option to opt for our installation services, as we have our own dedicated team of installers.

What is the lead time for my welding bay project?

Lead times vary from between 2 and 10 weeks from sign-off, depending on the nature of your project.
